I I believe sketching is crucial to becoming a better designer. As a drawing develops, it is constantly testing our judgment and opening up new possibilities. Travel has played a similar role in my development as a designer. New places and new cultures open the mind to new ways of thinking and new ideas which lead to a clearer understanding and deeper knowledge of oneself.
