This 88,000sf, 8 story high-rise is proposed as a co-living antidote to soaring downtown Austin rents. The building responses to its difficult trapezoidal site by massing two legs around a raised communal courtyard garden.

Situated along green belt bike trails, the building is meant to be a connecting hub for an active urban lifestyle. The healthy active initiative continues inside the building with Fitwel design concepts and improved Variable Refrigerant Flow and Dedicated Outdoor Air System HVAC.
